I’m a clinically trained Nutritionist, Food Technologist, Recipe developer and Food explorer. I believe Food is more than just sustenance. It is comfort, joy and manifestation of love and well-being.

I have always been enthusiastic about Nutrition right from the beginning of my high school, so I pursued Bachelor’s in Food Science & Nutrition Management from ‘J D Birla College’ under ‘Jadavpur University’. After that I also pursued Masters in Food Science & Technology from ‘GITAM University’ (Andhra Pradesh). I am certified on ‘Child Nutrition & cooking ‘from Stanford University’ (Online)
My early career was in the Food industry as a Quality Control Executive, where I was in charge of the quality of raw materials and the end products under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations. Then I noticed the evolution of the food industry into adapting nutrition for healthy well-being. That motivated me to combine my nutrition science knowledge and field experience to create awareness and help people acknowledge the significance of Nutritional wellness.
Following an in-depth consultation, I do provide with an easy-to-follow, customized diet plan detailing specialized nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle changes (based on current Nutritional status of body) that improves your overall health and any underlying health concern.
